Meet Day Information

Location: 12006 Jenifer Rd., Cockeysville, MD 21030

Parking

• Carpooling is strongly encouraged for coaches and families.  Parking will be tight. 

• The grounds/gates will open at 6:15am.  Please do not arrive before then.

• We ask that you follow the directions of the parking attendants and are courteous to them.  They will be working hard to make sure all cars can fit on the property.

• A shuttle will be available for any spectators that need Handicap Accessible parking.

• We will have a shuttle from the parking area to spectator seating area.

• We strongly encourage all families and swimmers to arrive by 8am if they are participating in warmups.  We want to allow enough time for parking and making their way to spectating area.

Restrooms

• Club Bathrooms – for swimmers, coaches and officials only

• Port‐o‐Pots next to the pool– coaches, timers, officials only

• Port‐o‐Pots – parents, families, and spectators

 

Concessions

• Concessions will be located down by the Olympia Pool.

• Windy Valley has coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream and more will open at 7am.

• The Grille has burgers, salads, pizza, and more will open at 10am.

 

Spectator Seating

• Spectators will not be allowed along the fence line.

• All spectators can view the meet from the spectator area which will include several bleachers to view your swimmer’s race.

• After they have watched the race, we ask that spectators leave the bleachers.

 

Park Grounds

• When not swimming or spectating, swimmers and families must remain in the spectator area or the concession area.  The other areas and pools on the property are reserved for our members and day campers.

• Swimmers and spectators may be asked to leave if they do not stay in the designated areas.

• After the meet is over, all spectators and swimmers should exit the property.  The grounds and pools are reserved for our members.  Thank you for your cooperation.

• No pets, glass or alcohol are allowed on the property.

• No outside food deliveries are permitted.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER – thunder & lightning

• There is no rain date for the meet – we will make every attempt to finish the day of.

• We will follow normal pool procedures – we will clear for 30 minutes following the last thunder/lightning

• If swimming is suspended due to inclement weather

  • Everyone must clear the deck and field

  • Lower any tents

  • Families must wait in their cars
